Bri has always been into general fitness and sports. As growing up, she was always the outgoing, fun, motivated, and athletic child. She played multiple sports from gymnastics, cheerleading, to soccer. Soccer became her passion and decided to be very dedicated to the sport. She went to the Junior Olympics for soccer in Italy, where she won the gold medal at only 15 years old. She then pursed this journey into college and played at Texas Woman’s University for a year and half. She graduated from TWU with Bachelors in Kinesiology. From there she decided she wanted to get into the fitness world and become a personal trainer. She has been training and teaching group exercise classes for almost over a year now. She is a certified personal trainer through expert rating, certified primary group exercise instructor through AFFA, and CPR certified through American Heart Association. All of these experiences have helped her grow as a person and instructor. She can’t wait to share her expertise, time, and motivation with others at Orangetheory Fitness. Her training philosophy is:
I believe that we all can achieve a healthy lifestyle by hard work, dedication, and time. I will help you achieve this by keeping you motivated and setting realistic goals at every step of your journey. I always say life is too short to look back at what you didn’t do. Everyday is a new day, so let’s give it your all and begin a new healthy lifestyle together. Don’t Give Up!
