For a high-intensity workout that creates the results that you are looking for, come join us at Orangetheory Fitness in Fort Worth, Texas. Whether you are just beginning to work out, or are a fitness or sports professional, Orangetheory Fitness sessions are perfect for everyone.
Each gym session at Orangetheory Fitness is a 60-minute blend of cardiovascular and strength training exercises including treadmill training, indoor rowers, TRX suspension training, weight blocks, and floor exercises.
Orangetheory group sessions are heart-rate monitored, with data displayed wirelessly on video monitors around the studio to let you and your coach know how you are performing. Backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our sessions have been designed to keep your heart rate within a desired range in which to boost your metabolism and increase your energy. When you are able to do this, it results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect – increased energy and extra calories burned for up to 36 hours after your session.

Bri has always been into general fitness and sports. As growing up, she was always the outgoing, fun, motivated, and athletic child. She played multiple sports from gymnastics, cheerleading, to soccer. Soccer became her passion and decided to be very dedicated to the sport. She went to the Junior Olympics for soccer in Italy, where she won the gold medal at only 15 years old. She then pursed this journey into college and played at Texas Woman’s University for a year and half. She graduated from TWU with Bachelors in Kinesiology. From there she decided she wanted to get into the fitness world and become a personal trainer. She has been training and teaching group exercise classes for almost over a year now. She is a certified personal trainer through expert rating, certified primary group exercise instructor through AFFA, and CPR certified through American Heart Association. All of these experiences have helped her grow as a person and instructor. She can’t wait to share her expertise, time, and motivation with others at Orangetheory Fitness. Her training philosophy is: I believe that we all can achieve a healthy lifestyle by hard work, dedication, and time. I will help you achieve this by keeping you motivated and setting realistic goals at every step of your journey. I always say life is too short to look back at what you didn’t do. Everyday is a new day, so let’s give it your all and begin a new healthy lifestyle together. Don’t Give Up!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
